Introduction
Onotria literally means land of wines. It is a wonderful setting with a wine country restaurant feel. The owner, Massimo Navaretta of Scampi fame, has built an amazing environment inside and out. Out side boasts real garden grown herbs, rows of grape vines, and a burgeoning earthy green color for the building. Stepping inside introduces you to a working cellar where you can store your favorite wines in their cellar's reserve.

Starters
House Salad
What a wonderful treat. This house salad features, spinach, pine nuts, and pear slices with one of the best tasting pear vinaigrettes I've ever tasted. Definitely a must have.

Mozzarella Salad
Unbelievable the way they bring mozarella, basil, tomatoes and olive oil together. Do not hesitate to indulge in this treat.

Main Dishes
Chorizo, Filet Mignon and Chicken in Huckleberry Sauce
Yeah, the name says it all. It is that good. At first, you're not sure what to expect. But you'll soon be fully enjoying this savory treat. You say, Chorizo? Amazingly, it is an amazing complement to the filet mignon. For $18, this is a real winner.

Cajun Shrimp
Definitely an appetizer kind of dish. But if you are not really hungry and want to be a team player, this one is for you. You get 2 shrimps butterfly cut on a jalapeno pepper. Don't fret, it is not that spicy of a jalapeno, and the cajun sauce will give you plenty to drink about. Highly recommended for its purpose.

Service
The service is always a pleasure. From the mater dei, to the waiters, to the separate drink tenders, you'll always feel a special part of the vineyard.!
